TIME &DATE: 11.45am – 2.30pm – 5/5/2010.
TYPE &ASPECT: single storey building permanent in nature constructed using masonry bricks and the roofs covered with G.IC sheets. The building is painted creamish & skirted black.
SITUATION & LOCALITY:
The premise is situated in Anyiko sub-location, North East Ugenya Location, Ukwala Division, Ugenya District. It is along Ligega –Bondo Kolalo route. It’s on about 4 acres of land.
CONDITIONS & DEFECTS:
FLOOR: - Neatly done. Sand cement screed finishing.
WALL: - Made of bricks & well plastered, painted creamish.
DOOR: - Wooden doors painted blushing and in good shape.
LIGHTING AND VENTILATION: -
Each classroom has 5metal windows with window paints each measuring 5” x 5”.
Both artificial and natural lighting provided.
ROOF: - G.I.C sheets used.
WATER: - Roof water catchments provided with a tank of 4,600 litres.
SANITARY ACCOMODATION:
A pit latrine with a twin door provided & in good state.
One urinal provided.
WASTE MANAGEMENT:
1 pit provided
N/B: - Three rooms provided 2 as classrooms each measuring 24” x 20” and one as administration block.
FENCE: - The school is well fenced with barbed wire.
RECOMMENDATION: -
Provide at least 4 more pit latrines.
CONCLUSION: - The office has no reason to deny the registration.
